Well I took an offer

I pulled an ace out of my hip pocket and got a better offer on the old house in Alabama... still $9k less than my original asking price, but I really can't afford to let it sit empty, especially through the winter. I've already spent $3k on mortgage payments since it listed, so might as well cut my losses early.
I still sold it for more than I bought it for, so I'm not too depressed ;-) And that frees up finances for other things, like more renovations on our craftsman home. imported-51
