Big Fat Wallet

Okay, not that fat. REALLY not that fat. But at least I don't own two houses anymore. Closing took all of 45 minutes including the 30 minute wait in the waiting room for everyone to get there.
In other news, I've finished the first coat of joint compound in the 'renovation bedroom', and hope to get it sanded and second-coated this week so I can put primer up this weekend. This is all repair work from leveling the house, where the new drywall was separated from the ceiling as much as an inch at places. I still love my corner trowel. imported-60
